Affordable Housing

The affordable housing shortage has negative impacts on people's health and resilience and forces them to make impossible financial choices. We help our partners bring affordable housing solutions to scale that put the needs and wants of the people who live in them at the center.

We help multifamily buildings perform energy efficiency and renewable energy retrofits to make occupants more comfortable and save them money. Our new construction programs can find energy savings and near net zero. These measures improve can improve occupant health and safety. More importantly, lower energy burdens will empower residents to build more community wealth.
