Xcel Energy is considering including a manufactured retrofit program in their next Minnesota Conservation Improvement Program filing.
Slipstream and our partner CEE researched contractor perspectives on manufactured homes. It can be difficult to find contractors who will work on manufactured homes and some weatherization agencies don’t provide manufactured homes services.
