Why we're getting pumped up for water heating
Slipstream presented this webinar for GreenHome Institute. Watch the presentation at the embedded video above or at GreenHome's continuing education catalog.
Course description:
Slipstream conducted a detailed monitoring study and survey to research the applicability of heat pump water heaters (HPWH) in cold climates. The field monitoring research focuses on characterizing HPWH performance and quantifying the impact of an HPWH's "cooling effect" on the home's space heating load. In addition, over 80 households who have installed HPWHs in Michigan participated in a survey to shed light on the owner experience. Join us to see how the Slipstream team used innovative marketing direct to customers and contractors to increase adoption of this important technology for energy efficiency and decarbonization.
