ComEd Fan Energy Index (FEI) webinar
Wednesday, November 2, 2022 | 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Central Time
The Fan Energy Index (FEI), developed by the Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA), helps design professionals select the most energy-efficient fan to serve the required pressure and flow for each building. In addition to reducing energy costs, more efficient fans are also quieter and more reliable. Join our expert to learn how the FEI can work for you.
ATTENDEES WILL LEARN HOW TO:
-Identify the factors that affect a fan’s FEI rating.
-Incorporate FEI into the fan specification and selection process.
-Apply FEI in variable air volume (VAV) and constant-speed air systems.
-Utilize FEI to be compliant with upcoming Illinois code updates (ASHRAE 90.1-2019 and IECC-2021).
