Timothy Bartels

Tim Bartels works with key customers and stakeholders under Xcel Energy’s EV Service and Infrastructure programs. Before this, Tim worked in Demand Side Management (DSM), implementing utility offered DSM and Community Conservation programs across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado. He is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers, and passionate about strategic demand response and energy conservation.
