Stephen Pipson

Steve is a Project Manager for the Energy Design Assistance Program at FOCUS ON ENERGY® overseeing commercial projects from application to incentive. Engaging key project team members enables Steve to understand a design team’s energy efficiency goals to help tailor energy modelling for each project to receive incentives for energy savings. In previous roles at Focus on Energy Steve has worked closely with real estate professionals across WI to bring more awareness to the real estate industry regarding energy-related home features and as a direct result of his outreach efforts Steve received Slipstream’s 2020 “Educator of the Year” award. Using his knowledge of building science and construction practices Steve formerly fulfilled roles at Focus on Energy as the Outreach and Technical Representative for the US Dept. of Energy Home Energy Score and Regional Manager for Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®.
