Molly Ekerdt

Vice President, Chicago

Molly Ekerdt is a Vice President in POAH's Chicago office where she leads POAH's underwriting and transaction structuring and serves as the main development staff contact for POAH's Cincinnati portfolio.

Molly has worked for POAH Chicago since 2011 as a project manager and senior project manager, and has been involved in new construction of affordable housing and complex rehabilitation efforts in Chicago's Woodlawn and west side neighborhoods.

Prior to joining POAH, Molly worked for two years as Development Project Manager for the Planning Office for Urban Affairs, a non-profit developer affiliated with the Archdiocese of Boston, and for four years as Community Services Director at City Vision Ministries, a CDC in Kansas City, Kansas, where she ran a home repair program and developed a youth mural arts and a downtown revitalization program.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grinnell College and a Master of City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
