Lisa Fischer

Lisa is an experienced program management professional with expertise in the design and implementation of building science and weatherization technical training programs. She has worked with the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration – Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources to develop training curriculum and resource handbooks for energy assistance program providers. Lisa also manages content development and implementation processes for the Weatherization Guidebook, an innovative customer education tool.
