Jason Sergeant

Currently serving as the city’s Administrator, Jason was Evansville’s Community Development Director since 2014. Jason is a RARE AmeriCorps alumnus and holds a Master of Architecture degree with a Minor in Urban Studies. While in Evansville, Jason has overseen development of the city’s first two multi-use trails, several infill constructions projects, and stewarded a $250,000 Community Development Investment Grant from WEDC. He also provided staff support and coordination for the city’s “Energy Independence Team,” a volunteer committee that coordinates city, utility, business, and school district energy initiatives.
