As the Residential Portfolio Manager for Focus on Energy, Dylan applies a pragmatic attitude to the evolution of energy efficiency and renewable energy in Wisconsin. He builds on past program success with a customer-first mentality, an appreciation for innovation, and the belief that strong partnerships, across diverse stakeholders, is often the best path forward. In his personal life, Dylan does his best to walk the talk replacing his natural gas furnace with an all-electric air source heat pump and installing solar on the roof.
