Fostering a collaborative culture of digital innovation, she is attuned to the human element of her work, with a particular focus on accessibility and user empowerment. A versatile and creative leader with 30 years of specialized expertise, she couples her passion for new technologies and process improvement with a rich background in library science, team leadership, database design, knowledge management, information architecture, and user-centered digital experiences.

Andrea has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Oberlin College and a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies (ALA-MLS) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
