Adam Johnson

Adam Johnson is a seasoned professional in the compressed air industry, bringing over 25 years of experience to the field. He began his career in 1999 as a Product Engineer with Pneumatech, later joining the company's ConservAIR division in 2003, where he specialized in designing, quoting, supporting, and installing compressor automation panels and flow control valves. In 2006, Adam joined Zorn Compressor & Equipment, where he continues to serve as Director of the Technical Solutions Group.  

In his current role, Adam oversees compressed air system audits, engineering support, and industrial automation solutions. His expertise includes installing and analyzing datalogging sensors on industrial equipment, evaluating key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to energy consultants, engineers, and plant managers. He also models cost savings and return on investment for system optimizations while managing a team of technicians and supporting sales and service teams.  

Adam is a graduate of Gateway Technical College in Kenosha, where he completed the Electromechanics and Fluid Power program. He holds an AirMaster certification through the DOE-sponsored Compressed Air Challenge and is a Certified Compressed Air System Specialist (CCASS) through the Compressed Air & Gas Institute (CAGI). Furthering his expertise, he is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics at Herzing University.
