Limited-income families and individuals can be difficult to reach when promoting energy-saving programs and products. Slipstream can help you design and implement solutions to meet the unique needs of this customer base at a minimal cost. Slipstream's programs support both homeowners and renters in reducing home energy expenditures and improving home comfort, health, and safety. Our limited-income programs can be delivered as stand-alone offerings or incorporated into a multi-faceted program.

Slipstream was founded nearly 35 years ago with the purpose of providing weatherization services to improve the homes of income-qualified residents in Wisconsin. Since 1980, we have worked with utilities, individuals, government agencies, and community groups across the country to improve the energy efficiency of single family, multifamily, and mobile homes—mastering weatherization techniques and technologies while developing effective communication strategies that resonate with this market.

We continue to lead the charge in top-notch weatherization practices, having received national recognition from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for outstanding contributions that have advanced the goals of the DOE’s Weatherization Assistance Program through individual or group achievement, inspiration, and innovation.
