Slipstream has a long history helping utilities achieve energy savings in the lighting space. Alliant Energy placed their trust in Slipstream once again to deliver their Iowa Be Bright program. The Be Bright program incentivizes customers to purchase ENERGY STAR® light bulbs at participating retailers. These light bulbs are at a special low price due to the Alliant Energy buy-down program.
