Suzanne Harmelink re-elected to the Building Performance Association board of directors

Suzanne HarmelinkCongratulations to Suzanne Harmelink on her re-election to the Building Performance Association board of directors. Suzanne is one of 17 board members which also includes representatives from organizations dedicated to advancing the home and building performance industry. 

In 2018 the Association was formed from the realignment of several organizations who aimed to improve energy efficiency, health, safety, and the environmental performance of buildings. Suzanne served on the boards of two of the previous organizations‬—the Home Performance Coalition and Affordable Comfort Inc. In support of the Association, Suzanne also serves on the National Home Performance Conference content development committee. For over 15 years she has supported technical, programmatic, and weatherization specific session development for this educational event.

Suzanne is a nationally recognized energy professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the design and management of residential efficiency, training, and technical assistance programs. Suzanne said, “It’s an honor to be part of an esteemed group of leaders representing the home performance industry. With the creation of the new organization, I’m excited to be part of this new beginning and to support the foundation of the future organization.”
